Since 2012 we have fabricated offices, site cabins, bunk houses and security posts in our Thane yard. Each cabin is cut, welded, insulated and finished in one place, then inspected before it leaves.
Size, layout and colour follow your site. Wiring, lighting and AC points are fitted to the plan, so the cabin arrives ready to occupy.

Frame & chassis
Steel sections are cut to the approved layout, then the chassis, corner posts and rails are welded.

Corrugated wall panels are fixed and sealed, and the roof goes on so the shell is weatherproof.

Doors, windows, wiring, insulation, lights and AC points go in, then the exterior is painted.

Can a porta cabin be customised?
Yes. Size, layout, insulation, colour and the positions of wiring, lights, sockets and AC points follow your plan. Our engineers share layout options and start fabrication only after you approve one.
How is a DFAB cabin built?
Every cabin goes through 12 stages in our yard, from material cutting and welding to waterproofing, insulation, wiring and painting, and is inspected by an engineer before dispatch.
How much does a porta cabin cost?
Price depends on size, materials and fit-out. Send your size, quantity and site location through the quote form, WhatsApp or phone and we will reply with a quotation, usually within a few hours.
